Selective
You can skip ing of speech files and mod .bin if you don’t need them. Here is the list of optional/selective files (you need at least one speech pack ed):

In example, if you want to launch the game with Russian UI/Subtitles/Voiceovers – skip all “selective” files, but fg-selective-russian.bin & all main (01-09) files.
Backwards Compatibility
This repack is NOT backwards compatible with my previous repacks of Witcher 3 due to improved compression.
